Service Description
Somatic coaching offers a compassionate, client-centred space to explore personal growth, wellbeing, and healing through the wisdom of the body. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may include embodied awareness practices, guided writing, meditation, movement, and Reiki. Grounded in a trauma-informed approach, this work supports greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, and connection, helping you navigate life's challenges with increased clarity, ease, and self-trust.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice may be transferred to another date. --Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged in full. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. The full session fee will still apply. Health & Wellbeing Please inform me of any relevant physical or mental health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or changes to your health before your session. Holistic therapies are intended to support wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially, except where there is a legal or safeguarding obligation to disclose information. Personal Responsibility By attending a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and choices. You are encouraged to seek appropriate medical support where necessary. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to decline or discontinue sessions where I believe it is not in the best interests of the client or outside the scope of my practice.
